1 | GENERAL

1.1 ▌ I may decline any commission request without question and/or for any reason.

1.2 ▌ I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased).

1.3 ▌ I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my website(s), portfolio, blogs or DeviantART gallery (if requested an original character of yours, credit to you will be noted accordingly). If you do not want your commission displayed for whatever reason, please note me and inform me before i start working on the commission (this is a factor I consider before taking a commission).

2 | CHARACTER / SUBJECT

2.1 ▌PROVIDE A DECENT REFERENCE. Give me your best most accurate one.
I can conceive a character from description but this will take a lot of time and revisions, so i will be charging you extra for this.

2.2 ▌Dont ask me to copy a specific art style. I WILL NOT DO IT.

2.3 ▌WILL DO gore / blood / intestines kidneys yeah / anthro / mecha / just ask i'm flexible. btw anything NSFW will cost you.

2.4 ▌WONTS ultra detailed backgrounds. hyper realism. real human portraits.
MAYBE NOTS: Old wrinkled people. babies/infant.
Ultra heavy megatron shit mecha (unless you pay me like 5x the base).

3 | PAYMENT + PRICING

3.1 ▌ ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY.

3.2 ▌ I always take payments in advance.

3.3 ▌ I will shoulder all paypal fees.

3.4 ▌ Listed prices are only BASE LINES. They will be adjusted depending on character detail and difficulty (i.e mechas are going to cost you) as well as for additional requests, such as handhelds, pets, wings, tails, backgrounds, accessories, effects, etc.

3.5 ▌COUPLES are twice the price | GROUPS are BASE x (no. of persons).

3.6 ▌ Prices are subject to change anytime/day.

4 | USEAGE + COPYRIGHT

4.1 ▌Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display, without being required to link me back or credit, though it's always appreciated. You may not however claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. I continue to reserve the rights to the artwork, you may not use it for any external projects (commercial or non-commercial). If you are looking for something to redistribute, use for your game, represent your comic, use as an ad banner, sell or show at conventions, etc, speak to me.
